Estro
Estro is an herbal tincture containing plant-derived phytoestrogens, including black and blue cohosh, that are used extensively in Europe. Phytoestrogens have been researched for their ability to support a woman's body. Estro? also contains the essential oil of clary sage (Salvia sclarea), which contains sclareol, an essential oil phytoestrogen. Estro tincture maintains and supports glandular function.*
How to use: Take 3 ml. in juice or water two to three times daily. Estro may be taken for as long as four weeks to achieve maximum effectiveness.
Ingredients: Extracts of black cohosh and blue cohosh; royal jelly; essential oils of fennel (Foeniculum vulgare), lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), and clary sage (Salvia sclarea); extracted in a 1:4 ratio of alcohol and water.
