Bergamot (Citrus bergamia) has been used in the Middle East for hundreds of years to help oily complexions. It has about 300 chemical constituents that contribute refreshing mood-lifting qualities. Bergamot is responsible for the distinctive flavor of Earl Grey Tea.

How to use: Diffuse or apply to temples and forehead. May be added to food or rice milk as a dietary supplement.Caution: Bergamot is very photosensitive and should NOT be applied to skin that will be exposed to direct sunlight or ultraviolet light within 72 hours.
