Chamomile, Roman (Chamaemelum nobile) is calming and counters restlessness and tension. In Europe it is used cosmetically for the skin.

How to use: Diffuse or apply topically on bottom of feet, ankles and wrists. May be added to food or rice milk as a dietary supplement, and may be added to vegetable oils for massage on infants, children or adults.
