(Ferula gummosis) is referred to in the book of Exodus: "And the Lord said unto Moses, Take unto thee sweet spices, stacte, and onycha, and galbanum; these sweet spices with pure frankincense: of each shall there be a like weight:" (Exodus 30:34). Galbanum was traditionally used for both medicinal and spiritual purposes. It is recognized for its antiseptic and body-supporting properties.

How to use: Apply topically. May be added to food or soy or rice milk as a dietary supplement.
